An overview of surgical site infection and prophylactic antibiotics in vascular surgery

Background: Vascular surgery is a complex procedure with many complications such as surgical site infections, graft pneumonia, myocardial infarction, hemorrhage, and thromboembolism or thrombosis, in which, the most common are infection, infection. Currently, antibiotic prophylaxis considered effective practice to suppress infection procedures including vascular surgery. The aim of this paper review prophylactic antibiotics surgery.[1]
 Method: A search was made by using Medline, PubMed, Scopus Web Science databases, databases journals Vietnam.
 Result: 1227 records were identified, which 112 included review. This 90 researches, 22 guidelines.
